Policy workshop

As part of ensuring that all policies of the municipality are adopted. The ORTDM Policy Workshop is currently underway at Savoy conference centre to consider the following policies:

💻 Human Resource Management Policies
💻 Employee Health & Wellness Policies
💻 Training & Development Policies
💻 Draft Security Policy
💻 Ethics Policy
The revised organizational structure that has inputs from CoGTA will also be presented.
