Marine Day Awareness

O.R. Tambo District Municipality (ORTDM) is rich in marine life with four of its local municipalities situated along the coast.
To commemorate this year's Marine Day various stakeholders including:

🏖️ Ingquza Hill Local Municipality
🏖️ Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment
🏖️ Department of Economic
🏖️ Environmental Affairs and Tourism
🏖️ Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency
held a career exhibition where pupils were taught about the various marine careers they can pursue.
The exhibition was held at Mkhambathi Nature Reserve in Flagstaff, Ingquza Hill Local Municipality.
